Delivery

Lili K. makes deliveries in Switzerland only.

The flat rate delivery fee of CHF 8 covers registered shipping. By following us on Instagram or Facebook, the customer can often get free delivery with coupon codes.

Items on stock are shipped within approximately 5 working days after the order is placed.

The products are delivered to the Customer at the address indicated during the ordering process. It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure that the information is accurate.

After shipping, the average delivery time is 2 working days with Swiss Post.

The Customer can track the shipment using a tracking code sent by email.

Returns

The Customer can return the products within 14 days starting from delivery.

The request for return is made by email to the address client@lilik.boutique by providing the order number and the reason for return. After confirmation of the acceptance of the return, the Customer can proceed with the return via Swiss Post, the return costs being at his expense.

Returned products must not have been worn and must be in perfect condition. They must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

Provided the above conditions are met, reimbursement will be made within 14 working days starting from reception of the returned goods, using the same means of payment as used by the Customer to pay for the order.
