Application of terms and conditions of sale
The Terms and conditions of sale (the "TCS") apply to orders placed on the website www.lilik.boutique (the "Site") by any user (the "Customer"). They inform the Customer about the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and return.
The TCS are applicable to all products offered for sale. Their express acceptance is required to finalise the order.
Lili K. reserves the right to modify the TCS at any time. The modifications will be effective as soon as they are published and the Customer will be asked to accept them when placing a new order.
Product availability
The Customer may purchase products Lili K. within the limit of stock available and the offers remain valid as long as they are visible on the Site. Lili K. reserves the right to withdraw any product for sale on the Site at any time.
In the event that a product is no longer available after order validation, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and will be refunded.
Products
The images of the products sold on the Site are intended to be as accurate as possible, but are not binding.
The products remain the property of Lili K. until full payment of the price, after which they are transferred to the Customer.
Price
The prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, if applicable, at the rate ruling at the time the order is executed.
Lili K. reserves the right to modify the prices of the products sold on the Site at any time and without notice. The price of products sold on the Site does not include shipping costs.
How to order
To place an order on the Site, the Customer must: - Be 18 years old; - Have full legal capacity of making purchases; - Be the holder of the bank card used for payment or be duly authorised to use it.
The Customer guarantees Lili K. that he/she meets all the conditions and that the bank account associated with the payment method used has sufficient funds to meet his/her purchase obligation.
The Products selected by the Customer are added to the shopping basket (the "Basket"), which shows the Products selected and their prices. The Customer can change the content of the Basket before placing the Order. Placement of the Order means full acceptance of the whole order and of the TCS. The payment of the purchase price becomes due.
The Customer receives a confirmation by email and the order is final after full payment of the price.
The Customer accepts that once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it. However, it is possible to make a return, in accordance with the provisions relating to returns contained in the TCS.
Payment
Payments are made online via a secure payment system. Orders can be paid by credit card VISA/MASTERCARD and by TWINT.
Execution of the order is carried out upon reception of a confirmation of payment by the banking platform. In case of agreement, the account is debited and the order is validated. If payment is denied, the order is cancelled.
No invoice will be issued for orders below CHF 400, unless specifically requested from client@lilik.boutique.
Delivery
Lili K. makes deliveries in Switzerland only.
The flat rate delivery fee of CHF 8 covers registered shipping. By following us on Instagram or Facebook, the customer can often get free delivery with coupon codes.
Items on stock are shipped within approximately 5 working days after the order is placed.
The products are delivered to the Customer at the address indicated during the ordering process. It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure that the information is accurate.
After shipping, the average delivery time is 2 working days with Swiss Post.
The Customer can track the shipment using a tracking code sent by email.
Returns
The Customer can return the products within 14 days starting from delivery.
The request for return is made by email to the address client@lilik.boutique by providing the order number and the reason for return. After confirmation of the acceptance of the return, the Customer can proceed with the return via Swiss Post, the return costs being at his expense.
Returned products must not have been worn and must be in perfect condition. They must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

Provided the above conditions are met, reimbursement will be made within 14 working days starting from reception of the returned goods, using the same means of payment as used by the Customer to pay for the order.
Warranties
Upon delivery, the Customer must check that the Products received correspond to the order. Any defect such as :
- damaged package
- missing or damaged products
- products not conforming to the order
must be notified no later than the day following receipt of the order, by email to the address client@lilik.boutique, providing the order number and photos showing the non-conformity of the Product.
After this deadline, no claims will be accepted.
When the non-conformity has been established, Lili K. offers the Customer an exchange with an identical item (same size and same colour) or, if the product is no longer in stock, a refund of the product.
Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights of the Site and its contents belong to Lili K. and its beneficiaries. No reproduction or use of any element of the Site, in any form whatsoever, may be made without their express authorisation.
The brand Lili K. is a registered trademark.
The products marketed by Lili K. are also covered by rights resulting from an industrial design registration.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between the Customer and Lili K. are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of disputes, the customer shall first contact Lili K. to obtain an amicable solution and, failing agreement, the parties accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Genève (Switzerland).
